Gabe's is a favorite go-to place for breakfast. The food is consistently great and the service personable and efficient. Right in the heart of downtown Frederick, it is worth the effort to go there.
Gabe's is awesome! Their breakfast is really good, cant go wrong with the gravy or green chile. We dont get their lunch often, but I do enjoy their sandwiches when we do!
Awesome hidden gem in a cute Colorado town. Everyone was friendly, service was fast and attentive, and food was great with big portions and fair prices. We will stop by again when we are in that part of Colorado!
This was the first time we've been here. After living here for 5 years. We decided to go here. I don't know what we waited for, the food was awesome! The service was awesome. The atmosphere was nice and easy for a Sunday morning, definitely a worth to go here if you live in our little town of Frederick or close by, We will be back for other things as the menu looked amazing. Lots of options. Price is reasonable for what it is in this time and age.
A great breakfast find in Frederick! All the sweet and savory choices including breakfast burritos, skillets and cinnamon rolls. I love the Smaller Options menu. Kids menu looked sufficient. I will be back for lunch! Plenty of on street parking and a cute old town feel.
The staff here makes this place so wonderful. They are attentive and caring. I never have to worry about not getting a refill here, they take care of you. Retains the small town charm. Easily my favorite place in town to go.
Excellent food and huge selection. You can tell is a small town favorite. Very busy with a mix of locals and travelers. Only took 15 minutes to get a table on a very busy Saturday morning. Must visit. Staff were quick and friendly.
This was my first time visiting Gabe's Cafe for breakfast, and it proved to be a solid everyday option for anyone living in or around the Frederick area. We were pleased to find no wait time when we arrived, and the greeting staff was welcoming and friendly. We were seated near the front windows. It is worth noting that the tables in this section are placed quite close together, making it a bit difficult to maneuver and settle into the seats. Our server checked on us during our meal, though the service overall felt a bit rushed and lacked a warm touch. However, the value of the meal easily makes up for the tight seating and brisk service. The menu offers classic, simple breakfast dishes at very affordable prices. The portions are generous and the food is well-prepared. Overall, it was a good experience and did not disappoint. I plan to return and would recommend it to others looking for a straightforward, reasonably priced breakfast
I love visiting little out of the way towns and finding the best places to eat. Gabe's is a super 🔥 spot with great service, and food. You can tell they have been here awhile serving the locals, and now with this review you non locals can learn about it. Because it's so popular, cozy and active, it's not the best place for me to work on my current book, but then, pancakes beat writing any day! Of course I could explain how delicious the food is but I think the better option is for you to try it yourself. Just go!! #steviegsuccess #timetoyellcut
